With a busy schedule and time constraints days everyone is looking for easy, but delicious home cooked meals. Join Chef Karis as she teaches you skills and techniques to create this menu with five ingredients or less. Menu: Garlic Crostini with Tapenade; Roasted Pear Salad with Sugared Walnuts, Stilton Cheese in a Champagne Vinagrette; Braised Chicken with Thyme-Scented Jasmine Rice; Bananas Foster.
January 25, FRESH from FARMER’S MARKET

Ever visit a farmer’s market and not sure how to pick out the freshest and best products? What is an heirloom tomato? Chef Karis will discuss the in’s and out’s of a farmer’s market to ensure you get the best ingredients for your money and talk about the different products to try. Menu: Heirloom Tomato Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing; Roasted Butternut Squash Soup; Bison Stuffed Eggplant with Feta Cheese and Herbed Yogurt Sauce; Spiced Apple Crisp with Whipped Cream.
January 26, COUPLES NIGHT IN – ITALIAN ROMANCE

It’s Friday night and you had a busy week. You want a nice, elegant dinner, but rather than go out, why not relax and enjoy making a delicious dinner together in your own home. Chef Karis will teach you how to prepare a menu that you can easily make at home for your next romantic dinner.
